Not the right fit, wrong color, or just changed your mind? We get it. Here's how returns and exchanges work at Kicks and the Drip.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you start your return and we'll get the new item shipped out as soon as the original is on its way back to us.

- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
